Chris Donahue is a proven business development leader specializing in public sector information technology contracts. For the past 15 years, Chris has led teams in the capture and execution of various multi-million dollar Federal task orders, IDIQs, and GWACs. Chris has supported a diverse range of clients (Special Operations Command, European Command, African Command, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Veterans Affairs, Social Security Administration, Mine Safety and Health Administration, Department of Labor, and General Services Administration to name a few). He is adept at discussing opportunities aimed at meeting the end client’s emergent need, evaluating procurement options with a Contracting Officer, developing a winning proposal response, or overseeing all aspects of the client engagement. Chris is experienced at managing large GWACS, IDIQs, and BPAs such as NITAAC CIO-CS, Eagle II, Connections II, Alliant SB, and 8a STARS.
Chris helps Federal Agencies, partners, and teams transform themselves into high velocity organizations that innovate faster while fostering a high-trust, collaborative culture. Chris is a Lean, Agile, and DevOps champion. He is an advocate of Lean UX and fusing human-centered design, iterative development and Lean Start-up (build – measure – learn).
